The menu

Seasons play an important role at Visaandeschelde, which is why our menu changes with the seasons. The menu also includes various types of oysters and delicious lobster. The à la carte pearl is the ever-changing ‘Vis Exclusief’ dish. We also serve fresh Fruits de Mer. Because Visaandeschelde works with fresh products daily, we have limited supplies of the treasures of the sea. If you already know that you would like to eat Fruits de Mer, please let us know in advance so that we can reserve the Fruits de Mer for you. In addition to à la carte dishes, you can opt for the monthly changing Chef’s menu which is happily put together by the Vis kitchen team.
